How is it possible to take such an incredible venue—with a rotating dining room and stunning views—and still manage to get so much wrong?
The concept and location are amazing, but the service is a huge disappointment. It looked like one server was responsible for around 20 tables. Under those conditions, what can you realistically expect? Long waits, slow service, and frustrated guests.

Service was a bit slow, seemingly understaffed, but it's absolutely worth it for the view and experience.
Cool little lounge. Service is slow, pretty dead location. Does revolve very slowly. Drinks are limited. Located in the Westin on the 30 something floor.
Drinks are average. You would go just to sit and wait for a dinner elsewhere. No wait. Self seating. Walk in only , no reservations available.
