The food was amazing. The sweet potato was something I never had in my whole life. I have been to 39 countries for work and have eaten so many foods and I have never tasted anything close to it. The aburi salmon was delicious as well. However the star of the show: Our server Nic. He was one of the best most down to earth servers I have ever had in my life. He was patient, recommended the best things on the menu including the sweet potato. And my glass of water was never empty....
For my personal tastes, the food was pretty over-seasoned and too salty. Wish the flavors were more balanced but I guess this place is trying to smack you in the face with its tastes.
Dragon roll - little confused by the concept of pressed rice. Smushing sushi rice together detracts from the flavor and just makes the overall texture less enjoyable. Eel was solid but didn't taste much of the tiny layer of smushed shrimp tempura.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. The food is small bites and great to share. We ordered 7 dishes for the two of us….it was too much food. 5 dishes would have been perfect. The service was really great…friendly and attentive. We also loved the music and overall atmosphere. Looking forward to going back with some friends.
