I asked to have a little mustard added to my burger and they added sooo much condiments my burger was hard to hold without it damn near slipping out of my hands. I couldn't even taste the burger all I could taste was mustard... Crazy!“

“Food taste is just like a normal Burger King which is good. It's a very nice looking Burger King, it even has a cable TV for entertainment. Service is good, it also has kiosks.
Parking: Parking lot at Burger is spacious. It is very close to parking lots for CVS, Trader Joe's, Staples, Starbucks and a bunch of other small stores.“

There are homeless people sometimes around the premises. I understand the area isn’t nice and but it’s still not a sightly thing to see or hear.

“The young to middle aged guy who sometimes works closing shifts at the drive thru. You rock. I don't expect a lot from service at the drive thru, but you are amazing every time. Courteous, communicates perfectly, has a smile, etc. Dude deserves a raise or he will find something better very soon.
Atmosphere is 3 stars only because its in a very bad area of town, and homeless may beg to you through your window while in the drive in.“
“The new grilled whopper wow amazing taste real good ?and the people that work here are perfect and need a raise dealing with this kind of area ? right people it counts you have a few loony toons that walk in here and there and then you have you're regulars but it's a great burger joint gotta try it“

“I ate here yesterday. The food was extremely fresh and clearly made with pride. The person at the front counter was very nice and welcoming. I don't get to eat fast food very often so I truly appreciate having a good experience at your location.“
“When I didn't want fries with my meal they just remove the fries and gave me a burger and drink which somehow magically made the total bigger. What a good customer service person would have done is substituted my side for something else, instead of just upcharging me and making more money for the company. Sickening! And the fact that now there's no public restrooms here is a little bit whack, what if I have to go. I'm not going to go in there and plot a bank robbery, just let someone do what humans do. “It was very fast. Got my order when I received my receipt. Portion was small. It was crowded a little bit. The taste was good. You can use a touch screen to order if you want. Picked this place because I wanted to save some time. Worked out.“

“This is your typical fast food restaurant. The food quality isn't always the best, nor is it fresh, but it will fill you up. Now the customer service in the drive-through is hit or miss. Sometimes you get those rude, impatient employees who try to rush you even though the line is empty. But for the most part, it's quick.“
“They handled this one unruly person extremely well. It wasn't their fault. But, the area isn't great. It's near MacArthur Park. But, let me tell you, the manager handled the situation like a true boss with this one guy who was threatening us and cussing the staff out and all, and it was really tense for a minute.
