Everything was perfect. Made me miss home! Wonderful and delicious dishes, caipirinhas so good that you can order about 30. The dried meat dumpling entered the competition for the best croquette in the world (from São Paulo—almost as good as Veloso's coxinha!). I still haven't been to the original restaurant, Mocotó, in São Paulo. Now I will visit immediately! Homely and friendly atmosphere, almost everyone is Brazilian, authentic food, 0 complaints! Perfect music and vibe.

Everything is SO good. Will not disappoint, Brazilians and foreigners alike. The caipirinhas are all a must, dadinhos are to die for, every single appetizer and main course I could eat 100x over again. I usually never order desert, but I could have every single desert they have all day, everyday. The Brazilian hits were on point! Everyone sang along to “Se ela Dança eu Danço” and it almost made me cry tears of joy, the nostalgia! Fun vibe and very Brazilian atmosphere! If you want an introduction to Brazilian cuisine, go to Caboco. If you want fantastic drinks, go to Caboco. If you want to hang out and have a good time, go to Caboco!

Have been waiting 4+ YEARS for an authentic Brazilian restaurant and atmosphere, and my prayers have been heard! Don't ever change! ❤️??

Pleasantly surprised to find this sister restaurant of Mocotó from São Paulo, Brazil, inspired on north and northeastern cuisine, not so popular abroad. Dadinhos de tapioca and Croquetes de carne seca were my favorites. Friendly staff and amazing caipirinhas. Brazilian approved:

The beet sauce with the cheese bread. The broccolini. The baião-de-dois. Amazing food and the really outstanding ones at Caboco were hidden items in the menu. Obrigado!

Tasty food but the menu is very limited. Friendly, helpful staff. The pork belly was really, really good. Great yucca fries too, and lots of yummy cocktails. A good option if you're in the area.

the total came up to approx 70 bucks a head of course including drinks, but what came out was very little for this amount we couldve easily eat at Fogo De Chao - i think the portions are way to small. Service was outstanding and ambiance amazing. But we are there for the food and it was lacking sorry to put that out there

After living in Brazil for many years, I can say this is like being in the top most creative chef's restaurants in Brazil! The ambience, the art, the music, the impeccable service, the unique ingredients only found in the Amazon region and in the north east of Brazil are all found and elevated in this hip yet chique place that is in its own class representing Brazil much more than those all you can barbecue places like fogo de chão. A winner is the vegan moqueca stew with the vegan coconut based farofa ?Also the drinks are amazing! Must go! It's the shortest flight you can take to the best and most interesting food found in Brazil.

Service was outstanding! Drinks were amazing! Ordered Tapioca & Cheese Dadinhos (similar to the cheese balls at other Brazilian restaurants, but with a twist since its crispy and has a great dipping sauce), Pork Belly Crackling (this was also good and the skin was fried just like the Chicharrones snacks; super good!), Ceviche (contains only white fish and I actually used the sauce to pour on the pork belly), and the grilled Octopus with rice (the octopus was a bit bland and the rice was pretty salty; not sure if it was to offset the octopus, but wasn't a fan). The East of Amazzoni is a must! its so refreshing and slips right down!

If you are looking for brazilian food I need to tell you that this is even better! My experience at Caboco was amazing! The atmosphere is so unique, with brazilian music and all the decoration and the eficient service. All the servers are so nice and kind. The food was delicius, every dish is full of details. The menu has the most famous brazilians dishes and the flavors are out of this world.I had "dadinho de tapioca" as a starter and I personaly think everybody should try it. It is a tradicional dish at north of Brazil, and Caboco made it even better with the delicious sauce and the greatest quality ingredients."Moqueca" was my favorite dish, honestly one of the best I have ever had. The fish was fresh, the sauce was harmonic and tasty.I also had Steak tartare and I simply loved it.The Capirinha is definity a MUST! I had Karina bonita and it was perfect.I strongly recommend that you visit this restaurant!

Vegetarian options: The have some interesting and delicius vegetarian options!

My girlfriend and I are from São Paulo, Brazil and we were surprised to hear that Rodrigo Oliveira, a famous chef in São Paulo/Brazil has a restaurant is LA.We had the most amazing and tasty Brazilian food at Caboco! My favorite dish was the fish Moqueca, a traditional dish in the coast of Espírito Santo. We also had lamb casserole that came with a new version of farofa made from "farofa Bijú".The tapioca (see photo) was also amazing."Dadinho de tapioca" with "sweet chilly sauce" was a delicious starter that we ordered.Guaraná soda with ice and a slice of orange was refreshing. The service was great, people were super friendly. We highly recommend that anyone interested in Brazilian regional cuisine visit this restaurant. I guarantee that it's gonna be an authentic experience with Brazilian food.

We had an amazing experience. The food, the service, the decor all were amazing. Loved the casual ambience and the music. The food tasted home cooked. I'm not Brazilian but my boyfriend who is, said it was exceptionally good. Would definitely return to try other dishes on the menu.
