I'm giving this a little rating because every time I go to use the ATM machine somebody comes up to me and asks me if I need any help and I find that extremely intrusive.
Also I was waiting for someone to have a meeting and I waited one of the Pod rooms security quickly came in next thing I know I'm surrounded by about four employees making me feel extremely unwanted this is not the first time this has happened to this Cafe on Hollywood Boulevard in fact I wrote a letter to corporate office and have yet to hear back from them this has caused me to actually consider moving my banking elsewhere I don't need Capital One to hold on to my money.
On a positive note I will say that the woman behind the counter serving the coffee was very nice

Terrible security agent. Alexa is her name. The woman with the dark brown hair who wears the light blue shirt is the worst employee there.
She disrespects the regular customers and then uses them acting nice to them like she likes them in front of corporate office executives.

Every time I’m in Hollywood, one of the highlights of stopping by the Capital One Café is seeing Priscilla. She is truly a gem! No matter what’s going on or how busy it is, she always greets me with a warm smile that instantly brightens the day. Beyond her positivity, she’s incredibly helpful and knowledgeable — every banking question I’ve ever had, she’s answered with patience and clarity. She embodies professionalism while also making you feel valued and cared for as a customer. People like her are what make this café more than just a place to handle finances. She creates an atmosphere of trust, kindness, and genuine connection. She’s an absolute asset and a shining example of what great customer service looks like.

I have been to the CAPITAL One Cafe in Hollywood a few times for coffee and relaxation. My experience has always been good. The Cafe is staffed with helpful and knowledgeable people. It is always clean, comfortable and inviting. But today I reserved a private nook for the first time. I needed a quiet place to have a business meeting via web chat and my experience was excellent. I connected to the cafe's WiFi and set myself up in a very comfortable nook, furnished with a small sofa and table. It was quiet and private and perfect for my meeting. The nook was clean and ready for me when I arrived. I had made a reservation online a couple of hours before I arrived. Thank you Cap One for an excellent Cafe experience. Mylisyaa was the employee who helped me today. She was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I couldn't have asked for better.

Kevin is very attentive to details in his work. His professional behavior with the client demonstrates to me and my family the concepts of ethics, aesthetics, and morals, which are very important in my family culture. Kevin's recommendations on the topic of using my account were useful to me. Kevin's structured thinking and his unbiased attitude towards me made me realize that Kevin has all the professional criteria to become a manager or supervisor in the Capital One bank. My past unfortunate experience with the incompetence of some employees of Capital One Bank suggests that this bank needs such personnel as Kevin in a management position.

Capital One Cafes have become my favorite place to have a cup and get some work done. The staff is always friendly, genuine, and helpful. In the Hollywood location, I’d like to throw a very special shoutout to Priscilla for her sincere enthusiasm to everyone who enters. She made me feel incredibly welcome and I can’t thank her enough. It’s people like Priscilla that make me want to come back to particular places. I’ll be back here for sure!
