It took a while to find (located above Johnny Rockets), but when we found it there wasn't any line. The service was very friendly, and I happened to meet the corporate chef, she recommended we start off going simple and then building up the next time we visit. Finally made the trip to Cheebo's Burger Stand. We ordered fish and chips and shrimp and chips. Fish and chips were my favorite. Large pieces of fish. Always a bummer to get tiny pieces and still be hungry afterwards. They are generous with condiments. The line was long and we had to wait for thirty minutes. Food was worth the wait and I would go back for sure. Staff were all very friendly.

Great little food truck find. It is a food truck in a permanent location. We were able to walk right up and order we got the fish and chips and a fish and chips combo which included shrimp. There are several picnic tables to eat at. The food was made to order so it so super fresh. The fries were excellent. The fish and shrimp were very fresh and the batter was a good consistency. I felt like the batter needed some salt but with the tartar sauce it was fine.
