I went after lunch hours.
There was all but 1 server and she was too busy with different chores.
The chicken was actually quite good.
The venue feels like a night club / karaoke bar vibe. Not sure if that is what it is at night.
The area can get a bit seedy. Homeless people can be on the sidewalk.

We came here for ayce chicken but it turns out they discontinued it a few weeks ago, so ignore all those tiktoks you've seen about the place. Otherwise the sweet soy boneless chicken was a little too crunchy and sweet for my personal tastes, but id come here again since it was quiet for a weekday lunch.
We got the garlic roasted chicken! We got it to go and it was still sooo crispy by the time we ate at home. Juicy inside too. It didn’t feel heavy maybe cuz they are roasted? They also throw in extra side dishes for free (치킨무 and a cabbage salad with dressing), which is such a nice touch for a takeout order. Staff are genuinely friendly too. Highly recommend!!

The restaurant offers a sharer with three different types of bone-in chicken and fries, including original, soy, and spicy yangnyeom type. Customers also enjoy the 77 fried chicken, sweet soy boneless chicken, and three flavor wings. The jjapagetti and rose tteokbokki are also popular dishes. Chicken Today provides a cool environment with a good ratio of tables and booths. The staff is very welcoming, kind, and attentive, although service can be a bit lacking at times. The restaurant offers free parking in the back and free radish and salad for dine-in customers. However, parking spots can be hard to find, especially during dinner time. Overall, Chicken Today is a great place to try different types of Korean fried chicken, including the Shin Chon combo, which comes with 3 varieties of chicken, spicy rice cake, and sea snail salad with noodles.
