First of all, just because you deleted my comments doesn't mean I can't do it again. This cafe has nothing but delicious food, the staff work very slowly, I have been there 8-10 times, there is no service, it is very difficult to get help unless you ask someone to look after it. It's like they barely brought it from home. They are not laughing and they are angry. The counter is constantly dirty as if it wasn't their job. Changing the team can paint the real picture of the company.

This Chipotle is laughably bad... like it legitimately might be their worst location I've ever been to in the United States.I can't explain the science behind it, but they are constantly out of at least one ingredient that you want in your burrito/bowl EVERY TIME YOU GO HERE. Also, the employees on the line here are generally unpleasant sub the check out person who is usually extremely friendly. And I feel for the employees because this location is always criminally under staffed. For context, I've waited 20 minutes to get my order taken here before because the staff was so far behind on prep.Beyond all of that, the food is a complete coin flip. Some days it's good, others it isn't.Chipotle corporate, if you see this, help this location out.

I was given the most insane burrito of my life here. I think the kid who made it must’ve been super high. He put in so much sour cream that it would be an injustice not to call it a sour cream wrap. He also rolled the burrito like a taquito? And then only half covered it in the foil? The burrito looked like it had gone to war. It should’ve been awarded a Purple Heart. Anyways it tasted alright I guess but it was just ridiculous. The picture is from right when I took it out of the bag. I didn’t unwrap it or take a bite. Idek why I’m writing this it’s not like it matters.

i go to this chipotle a lot and usually the service is great (shout out to the younger blonde girl, she’s great and really nice), but i went in tonight and the guy spilled my guacamole and then my new scoop had half of an unripe avocado into my bowl. i just wish the worker would have paid better attention. besides that, good servings and always clean.

Almost didn't come here once I saw the Yelp reviews, but figured people only write when they're upset, not when they're satisfied. Let me just say that the chipotle employee got me RIGHT. Generous portions of everything, especially rice, steak, and guac. Will definitely be back
Food is Good Employees most of them except the lady at the register are really not friendly Don't wanna Help They just stare at you and then when one of these guys comes to serve you they really don't care nor listen you have to repeat many times and if I ask for a little sour cream they over pour it like the line gets big and 1 person helps you when he wants to the others hide and look at you the Asian dude never helps he just goes and stirs beans he looks over sometimes then goes to wash his hands and takes his time to put on gloves then the poor lady at register doing all the work helps me after his pathetic show of how he was about to help me keep stirring your beans bro pretty annoying but it's close to me I hope the customer service changes they are more attentive I been to other chipotles and they have multiple people helping on the line with urgency it's crazy this place isn't like that I been to this location many times over 3 times like 8 and outta 8 it's always the same thing a bunch of kids that look like they don't wanna be there and try there best to not help the customer line this place needs to clean house and hire some guy and gals that wanna work and keep the place clean

Although the food is usually fresh at this Chipotle, when they get busy, it seems as if most of the workers get flustered and can't provide good service. Absolutely AVOID the guy with the noise ring at all costs as he gives portion sizes for toddlers, that is all.

I just left there at 8:50pm on 12/15 (hopefully the manager sees this and can figure out who was working). The counter tops were filthy with all of the fillings it just looked very sloppy. I've had a long day and was exhausted so I proceeded to order. The young man behind the counter was extremely rude. After he helped the man before me he stopped and stirred the beans for a good 2 minutes as if he was playing in them before he proceeded to take my order. He never asked what I wanted he just looked at me blankly. He prepared my burrito very sloppily. He was also wasn't even giving me full scoops of fillings. When I asked could he put a whole spoonful he said "you can't fill it up too much". I understand why he said that, but as a paying customer I expect a whole spoonful, not a half spoon. Especially for the extra priced items like guacamole. Terrible customer service and cleanliness. I probably will never go back to those location. Also the fillings were extremely bland like they just cooked it without bothering to add even a sprinkle of seasoning. Based on the poor work ethic I witnessed this evening, I'm almost certain that is what happened.
