Server seemed in a hurry when ordering, didn't give my elderly mother a second to deicde what she wanted. I asked for veggies before the server rudely told us they were out, and didn't seem like she could be bothered to make some more at 5pm. Chips were stale. Tables were dirty.
Poorly managed location. It’s obvious they don’t train their employees properly. They’re always out of food whether it’s noon or 8pm. Employees complain and roll their eyes when rushes come like they’re being inconvenienced. They start closing up like over an hour before closing. Really slow service…like oddly slow. Had the above happen to me here a few times now.
Chipotle in Los Feliz is a fantastic spot! The food is consistently fresh and delicious. A special shout-out to Juan at the register and Christina, the manager, who are both incredibly friendly and accommodating—they really make the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Los Feliz is a fantastic spot with consistently fresh and delicious food. The crew is nice, friendly, and accommodating, making the experience even better. One visit at 8:00 pm was exceptional, with a perfect, timely order. However, another visit had slow, inattentive, cold staff and a smaller portion than usual, making it one of the worst Chipotle locations. A year later, the situation improved with more reasonable portions, fast and polite staff, and a quite clean restaurant. This is a really good Chipotle that is clean, has easy parking, a patio seating area, friendly staff, and usually fresh ingredients. A visit at around 5pm found an employee cleaning up the front alone, quickly getting a mobile order, and handling a drink order issue while providing excellent service to other customers. This relatively new location had negative reviews likely due to early growing pains, but an evening visit found generous portions, everything prepared just right, and service and communication that could not have been better. Kudos to management for fixing the rough spots.
