Got two burritos; one Chicken Chipotle, the other Barbacoa.Both burritos were SUPER SALTY. I think the white rice was the culprit, along with Barbacoa meat.The lady with blonde hair and heavy makeup messed up the first burrito when we told her that we wanted brown rice, she put white rice instead. Once she was told about the mistake, she kept the white rice and just continued to fill it with brown rice. She never took out the white rice. She had an attitude and seemed rushed to get us out.The cashier with the glasses was nice and polite with us. My only issue with her was that I never got a receipt.The time I placed my order was between 7:15pm-7:30pm, on Friday (April 5th). You can check the cameras. I'm the guy with long hair and a red/black flannel hoodie. My girlfriend was wearing a green Mexico jacket.We'll probably not go back to this location and I suggest others to another Chipotle instead.

The girl with heavy makeup highlights at the register tilted a bowl causing all of the juices to spill, all over the stacked bags and the bowl. Well i put the bowl into one bag and of course it fell out.I didn’t want another one after seeing rush hour messy cross contamination and wanted a refund. I had to explain to three people at the front why. I shouldn’t have had to make a case for a refund. I just wanted to get out of there. It’s hellish, pretty gross and completely dehumanizing. Never going back there.

On 3/4/24, I ordered a steak burrito. The first bite was full of salt. The rice was very salty and I could taste the salt granules in my mouth. It was a total waste. If you call no one answers the phone, so customers cant speak to anyone at the restaurant to get a resolution.

Off-peak food is terrible.Normally I like their food. However, I came at 5:30 and the rice was clumpy and old, pork was dried out, bell peppers were very mushy. Very sad for spending $14

I just had the worst service of my life at your establishment. The way this lady slammed my food it made me sick to my stomach. I walked out! I eat at the chipotle in downtown Long Beach and never experienced this!! Hire a whole new team!

When they didn’t have a spoon to serve chicken with, the employee used the spoon in the steak to scoop up my chicken… and then looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for a new bowl. What was so hard about getting a clean spoon for the chicken?! So, of course, my bowl was made sloppily after that… It’s always something wrong with this Chipotle.

Customer service is terrible here. Walked in about 40 mins before they closed and the stares I got from everyone was insane. No one made eye contact. One guy nodded and me and went to the back. Three minutes later someone came out and didn’t even ask what I wanted, they just stood in front of me and nodded.

Really bad chipotle. They were out of so much stuff three hours before closing time, and they were already cleaning the grills and serving containers, like I had come in 5 min before closing. Despite having a line, the food looked like it had been sitting out for too long. Very unappetizing experience. Complained to corporate, without satisfactory results. Skip this location.

Worst chipotle I've ever got food from. Came in at 8PM, two hours before they close, and they were low on almost ALL ingredients. Ordered a bowl and was given 1/4 a scoop of each. I can only imagine how little they give for online orders.

By far the worst chipotle I’ve lived by, someone needs to kick this place into shape. Every visit they are out of something without fail: cheese, fajitas, rice, dressing. And the service is pretty slow.I’m finally fed up and will start going to the one that’s further away
