The girl with heavy makeup highlights at the register tilted a bowl causing all of the juices to spill, all over the stacked bags and the bowl. Well i put the bowl into one bag and of course it fell out.I didn’t want another one after seeing rush hour messy cross contamination and wanted a refund. On 3/4/24, I ordered a steak burrito. The first bite was full of salt. The rice was very salty and I could taste the salt granules in my mouth. It was a total waste. If you call no one answers the phone, so customers cant speak to anyone at the restaurant to get a resolution.

Off-peak food is terrible.Normally I like their food. However, I came at 5:30 and the rice was clumpy and old, pork was dried out, bell peppers were very mushy. Very sad for spending $14
