Lettuce needs to be washed or washed properly. Pic shown has crust which is probably dirt/sand. Regardless, this place needs more quality control. People expect consistency from food chains!
Place socks ass. Bad everything. After I was done eating I was on the toilet. My asshole burned. Food doesn't taste or look fresh . Rude staff. Looks dirty and smelly. Bathrooms are clean.

It's several hours after lunch rush and the place is completely trashed. Disgusting. Nobody cleaning tables and people are taking their food to go instead of sitting down after looking at the seating area. How difficult is it to break out a cleaning rag and take 3 minutes to wipe down tables? The staff was apathetic, dismissing and emotionless and the kitchen and food staging areas were disgusting as well. Obviously no management on site or they don't care either.
