Beautiful experience and amazing coffee 100% of the time. Anytime I move into a new neighborhood, I marry a new coffee shop. I moved into Highland Park October 2023 and while I dated several other coffee shops in the neighborhood, Civil quickly became my official boo! The staff is amazing and so is the quality of the coffee. Very cute and quaint coffee shop with small bites in Highland Park. Would recommend of your in the area. I had a lavender latte and avacado toast, which were both quite good. Will definitely go back the next time I'm in the area.

Good iced latte with friendly service. There was a decent amount of seating inside, with a nice high ceiling. There was a lot of outdoor seating at the back, under a canopy for shade. Also somehow one of the few coffee shops with a restroom.
