My lovely Lea and I live in Abilene, 200 miles away from Coco's in Frisco. We visit on AVERAGE every three weeks! Yes it's THAT good and WELL worth the trip! We usually grab six to go orders. We do enjoy eating there but we have a HUGE bucket list of eateries to check out too. Coco's in Frisco is the one place we ALWAYS stop at though and everything is perfect every time! I guarantee you will love it!
Good food and atmosphere!
I first had CoCos in 2015 when I was stationed in Japan, and it has remained my favorite food to this day. I have taken several trips to California and Texas with the sole purpose of eating it again lol Will be doing so again in August. Cannot recommend enough.

Based on the reviews, Curry House CoCo Ichibanya on Sawtelle is a restaurant where the food quality is good and the curry is rich and flavorful. The atmosphere is clean, vibrant, and full of energy, with J-pop playing in the background that makes it feel like dining in Japan. The menu is completely customizable, and portions are generous. Popular meals include the classic chicken cutlet curry with cheese, chicken katsu with vegetables, and the keema fries, which are like chili cheese fries with a bang. The service is efficient, friendly, and attentive. However, some reviews note the beef stew with veggies was tasty but the beef was a little tough to chew. Others mention the restaurant is more expensive than in Japan, about 2x the price. One reviewer felt let down comparing the fried chicken curry to what they had in Okinawa, finding the chicken pieces flavorless and dry, though the curry itself was fine. The Sawtelle location is considered awesome and quiet enough on the patio. Overall, it is a nice little spot for comfort food, though parking is only on the street.
