cool staff, good drinks and food, reasonable prices, but they play the worst music possible. Whomever chooses the music should consider never choosing music or even listening to music ever again. Also it's too loud.
Great spot and wonderful barista
Stopped by Commissary in Culver City for a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich and a latte. The space has that no-frills, utilitarian feel — a little like an old-school military commissary or studio cafeteria more than a trendy cafe. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with, the latte was solid, and the sandwich hit the spot. Easy, unfussy stop if you want something straightforward without the usual Westside coffee-shop fuss.

Customers enjoy the crisp and refreshing green tea, with simple syrup available for customization. The staff is knowledgeable and the offerings are good, though sometimes not all options are listed on the core menu. They have a nice side patio where to enjoy your beverage and food, and it's a great spot to bring dogs. Parking can be challenging due to the area, with street parking available but not in abundance.
