We really enjoyed the food and Jaime was very attentive. He also makes a great cappuccino
We got the oxtail taco and the chicken marsala. This was our first time here and we live in the neighborhood. The food exceeded our expectations, especially the oxtail taco. Will definitely be coming back for the other menu items. Jaime, our server, was warm and delivered great service.
A wonderful dinner- excellent atmosphere and delicious food. Chef Brian is utilizing his diverse experience well and Jaime was wonderful in the front of house.

Cow Belly Modern Dining offers a unique menu with great food. The food exceeds expectations, with highlights like the oxtail taco, oxtail bone marrow tacos, poke nachos, short ribs, mushroom paccheri rigoti, burger, grilled cheese spheres, cauliflower dynamite, crispy brussel sprouts, apple and pear salad, mushroom flatbread, and pastas. The service is outstanding, warm, fantastic, welcoming, and attentive. The place has a great ambiance, with a spacious room, soft lighting, and romantic vibes. The restaurant has plans to make exciting additions. The prices have gone up multiple times in the last few months, and the short ribs are now stratospheric in cost. The oxtail taco is especially amazing and unique. The food is upscale, diverse, and very delicious. The experience is great for a birthday, with family style dinner. The service is the very definition of attentive, with water glasses never less than half filled and perfectly timed meals. Cow Belly is highly recommended for everyone.
