Hi Kimberly, I left a review on 1/7/2024 regarding my poor experience at the Ronald Reagan Cafeteria. I very much appreciate that you replied back to my review, however, the link you sent me so that I can further expand on my and my mom's experience does not work. I was sent a link that appears to be invalid. Have a good day, Miguel

I was surprised of all the good food they have so many options not what I expected for a hospital cafeteria. The one place I don't recommend is the pizza section the people who serve you are always with an attitude. We are going through something bad with our son and we finally decide to go and grab something to eat and have someone serve you with there attitude it doesn't help at all. Those who serve also speak Spanish, that's good because a lot of Hispanic people who don't come in because they don't know that oh, but oh, a lot of good healthy food and those who serve are friendly, well, except those who serve the pizza are bitter without customer service, it's better not to eat to go with them I just are the ones for the pizzas. The cleaners have a better attitude than them.

The entire facility and staff are horrendous people The system of care is terrible and the fame of ucla not match the services they provide . The food is great. There are several options to choose from. The stir fry noodle bowl with chicken is awesome. The shrimp cocktail salad is outstanding. Please don’t forget about the chicken tortilla soup, it’s terrific. All of these items are totally affordable. The quality and good food make it a great place to eat

Went to buy Pollo Loco burrito and salmon combo. Food was good, better than I expected. The problem is the small lettering on the menu boards. The food items are so small that it becomes almost unreadable even with my 20/20 vision. Please make your menu board bigger. I had to take a photo with my phone and enlarge it to read the menu. Even my wife commented on the small hard to read menu.

It is suppose to be Healthy ..Cardboard has more flavor! The Vegan Burgers, are truly 100% Dry, Big Round Tough Hockey Pucks! and Flavorless! We all hate In and Out Fries, but compared to the dry sticks potatoes that are baked here at Commons, In and Out Fries are like McDonalds Fries! The Pizza Slices are Ok. Passable. And Commons has its fair share “Homeless” Folks. From opening breakfast to 10 PM these Career Homeless Men and Women have set up shop at their new gigs Commons! The ones who talk on the phone constantly when their phone does not work! I am not making this up..One Homeless Lady..We Will call her…No one home..Showed up at her very own new Restaurant called Commons, with her own food, and ask the Kitchen Staff..to Cook her canned goods…Like A Major Failure in the Staff at Commons, They Did! Commons Restaurant is in the business of prepare their own food and Customers Pay! This homeless woman called No One Home did this several times(There has to be some major health code violation the Commons Staff Committed! And when Very Angry Manager Found out about this Failure..She Called Security and Escorted No One Home out of the Hospital! ? ?If you are a Student at UCLA studying Psychology…Commons will provide you every Paranoid Schizophrenia on Planet Each, You Wil have extra credit that will impress the Professors! There is one Older dude who has set up his office at Commons. This overweight, overbearing Neanderthal buys his own food at Ralph’s, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner…Sit in the Same Spot, Moves His own Office Table closer to where the Electric Outlet and connects this 1985 Big Monolith Laptop, that hums when plugged in, and has every food stain on the keyboard! He is overweight and smells, and actually acts like he owns Commons. And Them good Ol Hospital Cops Allows This Massive Mess To Happen! Not Once has this Neanderthal ever bought an item from Commons! Food was freshly made in house. I have eaten here several times over the past year and have eaten everything from stir-fry , burgers and even chile-colorado . Food is served a la carte at a reasonable price.
