Iw would like to give zero Star if they have and option because of the service is really bad. No manner !! Not even say hi and thank without smile and choose to treat customers differently. She is super friendly with Spanish and white people but not asian. Bad experience ever!!

Did some studying here in the early morning, but it did get super busy at some points, which is a given because it's Dunkin lol. Didn't have any problem with the service, wifi worked fine, they had restrooms (just ask them to open it for you), and vibe was busy. Ample parking at the back.

I went in this morning around 8:15 with my girlfriend and we ordered to mochas without whip cream they both came with whip my GF mentioned to the barista with dark brunette hair fairly young that we ordered then without. She removed whip from one the turned around and ignored her and helped another customer so we just left. Not the best experience but at least the coffee was good.

I went there today February 17 2025. The cashier was nice but the other two employee were very rude and the service was really bad. when Iasked for my coffee after like 15 min ordered one on them told me with attitude that we had to be patient because there were only three employee. then when they gave me the coffee the other employee gave me the coffee with not cream and my husband asked her for the cream and with a rude way she told my husband that he should ask for the cream before and I said we did. when she gave us the coffee she gave us the coffee cup all spilled with coffee with no cleaning and professional way, please pay attention to this cause people go there to have a good time and we encounter with this kind of people is very bad. we went to buy coffee and Donut we weren't begging for nothing. we bought with our money they' didn't give us anything for free.

I came in here on Thursday December 12th around 7:30am. The cashier was amazing and sweet. I donât know how but one of the drinks we ordered came out sour! They were both the same kind of drink even the same size. So around 8am my husband went in to exchange the drink, EXCHANGE. Tell me why one of the women there had to throw shade towards my husband by telling another customer âthey came from the same drink, thatâs weirdâ with her attitude. We didnât ask for our money back, we didnât even ask for a different drink so why was that little miss acting like we were doing this to be sneaky?! Do better.

Am I the only one who doesn't want to watch you eat with your dog inside the restaurant? The manager doesn't seem to care. In fact I just got a dirty look for reminding the owners it's the law. And did that woman just say I'll make sure the dog goes to the bathroom FIRST next time? Gross
