ok i have to say i haven’t had vietnamese food here. yet. We bought sourdoughs from them the other day and I have to say they’re selling the best sourdoughs that money can buy right now in LA. (i do find the breads a little stale in general no matter how much I spend here, it might be the flour). Anyway these sourdough are amazing, no yeast, just water flour and salt! Will be back for some vietnamese!
I had the #27 Sesame Grass-Fed Beef Noodle and it was delicious. The noodles and the peanut sauce were the stars of the show. Can’t wait to come back during the winter and try their pho.
Some great and unusual dishes. We especially love the turmeric fish noodles.
