I fly into LA a few times a year to visit my kid. I come to this DD when I'm in town. My drink is always perfect, better than my usual DD. Sandwich isn't cold in the middle which is common at other DD. Service is always quick. Dealt with manager and I see her working while I drink my coffee inside. She treats the homeless that come in with respect. A+ store!!!
I’ve been to this location a handful of times over the past two years and let me tell you - not only is the coffee always good and strong but the service is top tier to boot. For example, today I had to wait a little longer in line than usual and they ended up comping my entire order. I’m sure this isn’t something they do often but I haven’t had an experience like this in years for a fast food chain.
