I visited Dunkin’ today and ordered a large iced matcha latte with four scoops of matcha powder and milk. Unfortunately, the drink wasn’t blended properly — all the matcha powder was sitting at the bottom of the cup. I used to work at Dunkin’, so I know that the correct procedure is to mix the matcha in the stainless steel measuring cup, not directly in the serving cup. 6/30/2025 - Passing by Dunkin and buying a large cup of cappuccino with an extra shot, the taste is 5 stars in comparison to the same one purchased at the Starbucks yesterday - for fairness, I forgot to ask for an extra shot at the Starbucks!
The ambience in the store is fine, and the store is clean, plus a free parking is available just in front of the store.

The staff here is so nice and always make my drinks just right. I've been to other Dunkin's before where that hasn't always been the case so that's a big win in my book.
