I love the Eagle but … I have to be honest about my experience. I’ve been going to the eagle for years and I go for the crowd more than the location.
It’s a cash only location Wich is cool but sometimes a challenge. The atms have high service charges. Drinks are also expensive.
Last time I was there there was someone one pick pocketing phones and I was one of 6 people that got their phones stolen that night. So go at your own risk

So fun and friendly environment. I was travelling solo and had a great time meeting people here. drinks were strong — the bar is cash only but there are ATMs inside to withdraw (for a small fee)

Meat Rack events take place every other Saturday, and drag race performances occur on Fridays before 9 pm during each season. The bar offers happy hour pricing during the daytime and a Sunday Beer Bust from 2-8/9 pm every week. The staff, led by owner Charlie, are praised for their great service. Parking can be a challenge due to the mix of residential and small businesses in the area.
