Had wonderful food and service after seeing a show at the Wiltern! It's open late and only a couple of blocks away.

Fried chicken are oily. Very cheap taste. Unprofessional cooking. Tukbokki was good ? but other food was not. And so many mosquitoes. This restaurant is literally outdoor.

Parking: Free parking on weekdays. Weekends I don't think so.

LA Ddong Ggo is now something called 'Gangnam Pocha'.The fact that LA Ddong Ggo has been replaced by (or re-branded into?) this Gangnam Pocha place is an absolute travesty.Unsurprisingly from that previous line, our visit was under the belief that Ddong Ggo was still here, but apparently as of May 2023 it is now this 'Gangnam Pocha'.Well, everything that was good about Ddong Ggo is now Ddong GONE.Yes, there's a spacious patio area for seating, or the option to sit in an interior dining space, but the fun nights of hearty (and affordable) plates of Korean dishes and soju are now completely gone. Most dishes are around the $30+ range, and items like corn cheese are $15 and SMALL - not even enough for one person, let alone sharing with other people. The Soju bottles are also over $17 here - much more than you'll find at most other Koreatown restaurants. As for the taste and quality of the food? It was....fine, but this is Koreatown!! I've had MUCH better when it comes to both creamy, cheesy corn cheese appetizers and delectable bowls of beef bulgogi at MANY other places. The price does not equal higher quality here.It was also honestly kind of quiet, with only a couple other groups here on a Saturday night. In my opinion, it's because this new 'Gangnam Pocha' is completely devoid of any heart and soul that previously defined Ddong Ggo.My advice? Skip this spot and hit up Dan Sung Sa or any other various Koreatown establishments, including K-BBQ, and you'll find much better value and a much more enjoyable and lively night.

Young vibes for late night drinking. Great for large groups or a birthday party maybe. We ordered the rice cakes, small intestines, chicken wings. I don’t think this place is known for food, nor do I recommend the food - I think it’s just to give yourself some sustenance as you keep drinking because even though the place isn’t that ‘nice’, it’s outdoor seating and vibes in crowd is what makes his place a good spot to party. But keep in mind it’s young 20’s.

No matter how many times I ring the bell, it doesn’t come. It looks like the lady is working alone. It's really no good on weekdays. You have to wait like crazy to place an order. It seems basic to press the bell 3 times.

They recently had a new owner so all of the staff are new. I really enjoyed this place because it was easy to talk to the workers, huge menu of food that would always have what we crave. They downsized the menu by alot so it's a bit saddening. I'd still go because I enjoy the place but it's still a very different vibe from

Been here a few times primarily for the chicken and cheese. The food isn’t exactly the most amazing and the service is down right terrible but it has awesome ambiance and is overall a chill place to hangout.
