if you're ever in the fashion district or plan to visit santee alley this place is such a good spot to try everyone there is so nice and really do their best to cater to you. They have a great variety of Mexican food and antojitos/snacks to choose from. Their service is bomb and have an outdoor seating option too I've come here quite a few times and never had a bad experience. Delicious food! I order from here all the time. I have tried their shakes, tortas, burritos, fruit bowls, and more. You can tell they use quality ingredients because food always tastes fresh.
