It's frustrating to be told one thing on the phone in the morning and another thing in the afternoon. I was trying to place an order for bread to pick it up the next day, because that's what the lady told me in the morning. I spoke in the afternoon leaving work to place my order and the lady in the afternoon told me: No, we cannot accept your order over the phone. The bread is good but there is hardly ever a lot of variety apart from the lady who works on Sunday afternoons is a despot and rude for that reason I better go to Portos or other bakeries.
