Service is good & fast. Love the atmosphere 👍🏻⭐️
A bit gloomy.... Forgot part of order .. but polite and professional
The food is always consistently good, fresh. and served hot. The people here work very hard and are always friendly.
The atmosphere is another matter altogether and beyond the staff's control to some extent, because of the occasional homeless person that goes in all crazy and ruins your meal.
Also, I wish they had a male and female restroom or at the very least the one they do have cleaned more often.

El Pollo Loco is a restaurant that consistently provides outstanding service and delicious food. The cashier/server is described as cheerful, considerate, and thoughtful, catering to the customers' every need. While some customers have noted minor issues, such as the cashier not paying attention to additional order requests, the overall experience is still highly praised. Customers have praised the exceptional speed and quality of the food, especially the chicken burrito and tacos. There have been comments about the freshness of the food, though some have encountered issues like stale shells on the tacos. However, the hard-working and kind employees continue to enhance the dining experience. The restaurant offers great value for the money, with improvements noted in the drive-thru service. Overall, El Pollo Loco remains a highly recommended destination for those seeking a satisfying dining experience.
