I don't know how they got a 3.9 rating, but to me they're a 5⭐ I've never been to a pollo loco with this kind of outstanding service, speed n quality. Love this place.
Albert and his team offered outstanding service! I was running late trying to feed out of town guests and let the time slip away. I was able to place an order thru the app but the dining room was about to close. Albert was so kind and understanding. He and his team worked hard to get my order to me and my hungry guests at home. A LIFE SAVER!!! You need more staff like the team here! Keep up the good work and AWESOME customer service!!!
