El Pollo Loco provides excellent customer service, with patient and kind staff willing to go the extra mile to assist customers. However, there may be some delays in receiving orders, as they occasionally run out of certain menu items. Despite this, the restaurant serves hot and fresh food, including the El Carbón Taco Special, which offers nice size portions of chicken. The drive-thru service is generally efficient, with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
