me encanta el Pollo Loco, el lugar ideal para comer comida sana, y estaría mas perfecto si tubieran café, es lo único ke le falta! ... kiero café 😁
esta rico me encanta el sabor y es esquisito
Had an issue with my order from uber eats but Mary helped sort it all out thank you! This was very stressful for me since I can not cook at home and wanted to make sure the money lasted. Both Mary abd my driver Roberto made my day and made me feel like the most important person in the world!!!🕺🏾

El Pollo Loco is a family-friendly restaurant known for its delicious meals, including the popular chicken tostada salad. The restaurant's efficient service is often praised by customers, especially when the manager is present. However, the outdoor area could benefit from some landscaping improvements to enhance the dining experience.
Despite the overall positive reputation, recent reviews have highlighted some areas that need attention. Some customers have reported issues with slow service, untidy kitchen counters, and a less welcoming atmosphere compared to the restaurant's previous reputation as a family-friendly establishment. The manager Ubaldo has been praised for his great service and positive attitude, providing a contrast to the experiences of other customers.
While the food remains a draw, the restaurant faces the challenge of maintaining its high standards of service and cleanliness to meet the expectations of its loyal customer base.
