Really great matcha. It wasn’t excessively sweet (which is surprisingly hard to find these days), and the flavors were excellent. Also, the barista — I ~think~ their name was Derek, or at least something that started with a “D” — had really good music taste.
As someone visiting from out of town, I’m always looking for local coffee spots, and this one was a lovely surprise. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The coffee was excellent, carefully prepared and full of flavor. The café itself felt cozy, relaxed, and inviting...exactly the kind of place where you can take a break and enjoy a quiet moment.
As a ucla student, I have been coming to Flowin so often to study because it’s such a vibe with a creative, unique, and tasty menu of drinks, brunch food, and pastries. I absolutely LOVE the banana foam topping that can be put on a matcha or a latte. I tried matcha for the first time here, and it was SO GOOD. The staff are always so friendly and kind. Not to mention I really enjoy the scent, ambiance, and natural lighting in the cafe!!

The cafe Flowin has a great matcha that isn’t excessively sweet and has excellent flavors. The coffee is excellent, carefully prepared and full of flavor. The menu has creative drinks, tasty brunch food, pastries and banana foam topping on a matcha or a latte, ice lattes, cappuccino, croque monseiur, almond croissant, chicken pesto sandwich and mushroom melt. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and kind, always friendly and kind. The vibe is calm, energizing and creative, with a cozy, relaxed and inviting place. Natural lighting, scent and ambiance add to the quiet moment for a break or study. Plenty of seating, tables and outlets make it great for work, wfh on a laptop or talking with friends. The barista has good music taste. Customers often recommend the place and coming back.
