My favorite Korean restaurant in LA! After coming many times to their lunch special (so delicious and unbeatable price), I decided to stop by during dinner because I know they open until late. All the dishes we ordered — the fish cake soup, the squid, and the scallion pancake were so all good. Still think about them now🤤 I have to get back there soon to have them again!

Hanshin Pocha LA is a spot I found on Yelp with good reviews. The directions were a bit confusing, but I eventually found it on the third floor of the mall, just look for the big sign. The place was quiet and dark, and they didn’t have any AC or fans, so we couldn’t sit outside to enjoy the fresh air. It almost felt like a pop-up spot. Good service, well more like self service. Lol

A fantastic pocha spot for a night out and I think it’s best enjoyed when you have a good group with you. My favorites and the sweet and spicy boneless chicken, cheese bbq (pork or chicken), and the kimchi fried rice. The drinks are on the expensive side but there is a great selection to choose from — they also have highball cocktails also with the popping boba in them.
