It’s very cute and full of Hello Kitty theme. The food and drink were average. We had a strawberry lemonade and pretzel with dipping. Pretzel was good, warm and soft. Dipping was not that good. Drink was on a sweeter side.
It’s an outdoor cafe. Only 3-4 small tables with umbrellas. Staff were friendly and nice. You could ask for water at the pickup window.

The pricing for the items was not bad, only the matcha latte was a bit pricy.
The matcha latte was good, not too sweet, just enough bitterness. The strawberry milk tea was delicious, the ice could be a bit smaller as to drink the popping boba better.
The birthday cake came inside of a themed box and was soft and not dry, the frosting wasn’t too overpowering flavor wise, but it was mostly frosting than cake.

Hello kitty got us purring. Yummy drink. Good atmosphere.

Hello Kitty® and Friends Cafe has a super cute storefront. Items are overpriced at the cafe and smileshop, reminiscent of Claire's but with Hello Kitty. Workers are friendly and welcoming, though lines can be long and online is not available. The menu lacks representation of Hangyudon, a charming and comical fellow from the Sanrio universe, and offers drinks like hot coco and strawberry green tea, the latter being too sweet. Aesthetics are great for IG photos, but they aren't cheap.
