Very elegant looking inside, clean and great service. The food was all amazing and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend as a late night ramen spot. We'll be coming more often to try there many bento boxes.
Had no idea there was one in Los Angeles. It’s a little different from the one in San Jose- same great quality of food but different ordering process.
Really good ramen! All of their sides are delicious, but the shishito peppers are a must-try. I also love that they have both vegan and non-vegan options, so there's something for everyone. The staff is super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

HINODEYA Ramen & Bar Little Tokyo offers a clean, modern, and elegant atmosphere in downtown LA. The interior features a sleek table and counter setup, creating a comfortable Japanese-inspired environment. The restaurant is known for its good service and friendly staff, making the dining experience enjoyable. The menu includes a variety of ramen options, with the House Ramen being highly recommended. This ramen features nicely chewy, thinner noodles in a clear dashi (bonito flavored) broth, topped with bamboo shoots, half an egg, and chashu pork. The broth has a clean, balanced flavor with plenty of umami, especially appealing to those who prefer lighter, dashi-based soups rather than heavy tonkotsu styles. Many sides are available, with shishito peppers being a must-try, alongside popular dishes like Takoyaki and House Ramen. The restaurant also offers vegan and non-vegan options, catering to diverse preferences. Visitors appreciate the reasonable prices, with a typical meal costing around $30. Although parking in the area can be challenging, the overall experience is highly recommended for ramen lovers, especially as a late-night spot. Overall, HINODEYA provides a polished, flavorful, and welcoming environment that stands out among Los Angeles ramen spots.
