“What can I say? It’s across the street from a busy high school, it’s on Sunset Blvd. and there are quite a few encampments that you’ll need to step over to get to the front door. BUT…. The craving needed to be satisfied. Crêpes with the strawberry topping on the side (I guess it would be strawberry SIDING then?!), hash browns crisp, 1 egg over medium, turkey bacon crisp and an Arnold Palmer extra ice please and it HAS to be from iHop. The food always tastes good, the atmosphere is just fine (it’s clean!), and the service was great. The man who helped me was super friendly, very accommodating and he laughed at the joke I made! If you have to have crêpes at 1:00 a.m. or 5:30 p.m. go to iHop. You know you’re not eating crêpes in Paris at Galette Café next to the River Seine.
As a matter of fact I’m going to have that very meal delivered by Uber eats, not from Galette Café I mean that’s just a little too far from West Hollywood it’ll get cold but, I can pretend.“
“Eggs benedict a little too lemon-y. Gave up on one English muffin because I couldn't cut it. Family I dined with said the pot roast special was okay.
Parking: Behind the restaurant
Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp at the back of the building closest to the parking lot“
“Everything was good, EXCEPT the pancakes! They were small, cold, dry, hard, and flavorless. The butter was so cold it put holes in them while trying to spread it, and they didn't give you anywhere near enough.
My burger was delicious and I enjoyed the bottomless coffee... ☕️“
“It's close to my hotel and open 24 hours, so I went there early in the morning to eat.
The woman who served us was very friendly and had good customer service.
The pancakes and waffles were delicious.
But...but...maybe because of the location, the seat behind me has that smell stained?
It was funny in a way because I could smell that smell coming from behind me.“
“Service:5/5!
Food:I ordered a steak and eggs with hashbrown and a side of buttermilk pancakes (3ct)
Beverage: mango lemonade/ a glass of water.
And they have a variety of condiments.
Side note: this location does NOT serve more then 2 syrups at a time .
*Maple and strawberry * were their only options.
I say this because the establishments selling point is breakfast but most importantly " Pancakes.
So,if that's your thing,I'd say ask if they carry any other flavors.
Menu: is kinda scattered about.
Service: very kind and attentive.
Waiting time varies.
Small groups *2-3*are seen quickest.
Larger groups *4and ⬆️ longer*
Brunch and before I believe they don't use the whole floor.
So,you might notice one side completely free and wonder what's up.
Atmosphere: is rather dull.no special lighting or interior flair that catches your eye.
The design does have a somewhat panoramic view point which showcases the street sidewalk and traffic.
But the placement of the building unfortunately has its small drawbacks in the allure department.
Reguardless, I enjoyed the meal for what it was...hot,tasty and filling.
The hostess/waiters were very kind and gave a homely feel which I feel saved this lil spot a warm corner in my community dives.
Over all 4/5 rating !
Kid-friendliness: Yes 😁
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“It was a good time with the family here, The Bacon Temptation Omelet at IHOP is a satisfying. It's packed with crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and fluffy eggs and a side of pancakes. If you enjoy a bacon eggs and cheeese breakfast, this omelet is a delicious choice. Not 5 stars due to my cheese not being fully melted“
“Juan was my waiter and he did and excellent job making sure I received all I asked for, and everything I could want. He makes me want to return even at 3am. And Oscar the manager I’ve talked to may time makes me feel welcomed and my money is appreciated. I WILL return. Thank you IHOP staff.“
“Absolutely! Charmer of a classic diner style IHOP. Got all the mod offerings. Plenty of taco variations as well as the ordinary hamburgers and very complete breakfast menu. Plenty of Taco variations as well as the ordinary hamburgers and very complete breakfast menu.
Nice parking lot with plenty of room which is rare in LA.
Great prices.
If you like a classic diner run, do not walk to this place.“
“You already know it's my favorite place to have breakfast, and I went to celebrate my birthday 🎂, and they sang me happy birthday,
Dietary restrictions: I think so, I get to eat my eggs and sausages
Wheelchair accessibility: If there are tables where wheelchairs can approach“
“Since there was no breakfast in the hotel, we looked for a breakfast place and came across IHOP. The coffee and tea were delicious. The food came quickly, freshly prepared, huge portions and all with attentive and friendly service. Certainly not cheap by European standards, but a good price-performance ratio by American standards. We would eat there again at any time.
And thanks to the 24/7 opening hours, it's always available, whether you're an early riser or a late riser.“
