“I been noticing all the changes implemented by corporate and it saddens me to know eventually I won't be able to go to an IHOP without hurting my wallet. I liked growing up with IHOP because of its simple menu and affordability but I don't even think Happy Hour was available when I went and it was my go to option because of the price and sizes. Staff was lovely and it was clean all around.“
“It's what you would expect from an IHOP. That being said, the reason I am writing this review is to compliment our server. I unfortunately do not recall her name, but whoever the employee was on Thursday afternoon, 1/4/2024 at 3 p.m., who was working alone, no host, no other servers, and no busser, she is amazing.She provided the best service she could and communicated to everyone the situation, and they were all understanding, for the most part. She even prioritized food pickup for a LEO without missing anyone's requests.Everytime I saw her walk by, I thought, she must have forgot what I asked for but then she would come right back with it. She should be doing the hiring and training at your location.“
