Regrets! It's nice to have found Vietnamese foods in the area. However, it's not fully "authentic" as claimed. There are definitely rooms for lots of improvements. Foods being served DO not look like the photos that the website is posting! The price is way too pricey for what are being served. Coffee are not freshly made. The restaurant just have an already made pitch of coffee mixed with milk (condensed milk?) out and give that to the customer when it's being ordered. Foods are so so; some are below average. Please try to make it more authentic and better quality. This is not what was served...far below...The spring rolls was terrible, below average and overcharged! Not like the advertised photo here at all!!!

Excellent food! Owner is very nice guy and we had a nice convo also i sat close to him. I got some soup with meatballs, beef brisket and beef strips wow so good! It was a huge portion! I could only eat half of it so well worth the $18.50 with tax i spent! Parking in the rear of building and its free!!!!!

I am a pho-fessional, and this is easily the worst bowl of pho I've had in my entire life. Noodles were so overdone that they began dissolving in my mouth and in my broth, they barely put 4 pieces of meat in TOTAL, and when I mentioned gently to the server that the soup might have been overdone, he got very offended and said it was my fault for "sitting near the door" ???? I sincerely want my money back

The chicken broth was my favorite I've had. Service was very fast and there is parking behind the building.

Food is not that wow... worst thing the waiter or owner or manager receiving customers... he says "what do you need?" Instead of "Hello sir/madam, how may I help you?"

We order take-out alot, probably at least 2-3x's a month. The food has always be ok, nothing wow...yesterday by accident we ordered the wrong item#. Didn't realize it was the wrong # until we there to pick it up. I mentioned it and the guy who took my payment is so rude. No amends or consolation, just well order another meal to add on.....so while I wait for that the other 2 meals will get stone cold as the food heated doesn't last really all that long barely til you get home. So I left annoyed and didn't' want to give them anymore of my $, so I ordered nothing else. Yes we ordered the wrong item# and admitted it, but we are repeat customers, and he was rude and just didn't care about his regulars. Will not be going back. There are plenty of "service" oriented similar restaurants in our hood. Food is ok, honestly, so not a loss and my 2 wraps only really came with enough sauce for 1 wrap so you really have to scoop the last drop out of it's container just to get some taste on the really bland tasteless wraps.Moving on from there.

We ordered pho and bank mi. The service was fine, like any "normal" service anyone would receive at a restaurant. The food was below my expectations of what's considered good, authentic Vietnamese food. The pho has the typical Vietnamese food flavor profile, but it did not quite hit the mark, compared to Vietnamese restaurants in SGV or Little Saigon in OC. The flavor is there (slightly) but it lacks "depth". Regarding the bang mi, it was just ok. We had the pork roll one. It didn't have the "deliciousness" or the "yum" factor like some other banh mi we had tried. Overall, it was just ok. And given that, it's a bit pricey. The shredded chicken pho was $16.75!

Food is alright and service is good. Prices are kind of expensive but it's expected because of the location. Speaking of location, what's up with the homeless people here? I saw a black male homeless person acting weirdly. Feels unsafe. Had to dock stars because of this issue.
