It’s Boba Time - Vermont is a great boba place with amazing boba and cheesecake. The milk tea tastes great, with boba and crystal boba cooked perfectly, having great texture and a nice bite. Drinks like the Dragon Fruit Iced Boba Tea, Piña Colada Boba Smoothie, and Mango Smoothie with Mango Popping Boba are very good and well balanced in flavor. A unique offering is the Dubai chocolate boba drink with real pistachio bits, crunchy katafi flakes, and a hard-top chocolate shell, available only at this Vermont location. The matcha boba tastes actually matcha and not just sweet. The interior is clean, with plenty of seating area and enough space. Ordering is done via two self order kiosks which always work, allowing customization of milk, sugar level, and ice level. The staff are friendly, attentive, and efficient, making sure orders are heard. The ambiance is good and refreshing. However, some service experiences have been negative, with a bitter attitude from a counter worker who refused a coffee frappe despite it being on the menu. Parking is paid valet only, but street parking is available. This is one of the busiest locations, so wait time will vary.
