Waited in drive thru 5 minutes saying hello and the gentleman answered hold on. Excuse me rude!!! Took my order asked for everything fresh. Kid at the window did apologize for the wait. I kindly asked what the hold up was, inside looked empty, parking lot had 1 maybe 2 cars. Just closed the drive thriu window on me. Handed me my food, cold as he'll. If there was another Jack closer to my work, would go there instead!!!

I think they are putting poison or parasites in people food I recently went up there and bought 6 tacos and now it feels as if something wiggling under my skin and they were acting suspicious about them before they handed them to me. Plz send someone to rework the staff or fix the problem.

I'm pretty surprised at the other reviews, this is one of the best Jack locations I've been to in either SD or LA! I have been coming late night every so often for a few years and, besides a few times where they were unexpectedly closed, they've not disappointed. Now, I don't really expect fast food workers to be joyful at 1AM on a Tuesday, but the employees are usually cordial and ALWAYS ask about sauce, which makes me happy as someone with drive thru anxiety. I've gotten mobile orders and they are always ready and correct, the food is always fresh and hot, and the line always goes really fast. The reliability is really nice, so it's definitely my preferred drive through nearby. There was also one time I went through with my partner while they were cash only, but we didn't realize they didn't accept $100s. The cashier made an exception and still let us get our food! It was really nice.

Not open 24hrs. Waited 15 min in line and then they said they were closed, but they let the person in front of us order, and the person 2 people in front of them order. They seem to randomly choose who can order and who can't. Very annoying since we drove by another location on our way home but decided to wait but then ended being told it was closed.

Not 24 hours . In the drive thru at 4am they ask me to wait , no problem ..... they return back to say they are closed now all of the sudden even though i get breakfast here often at this time ??♂️ maybe they should turn the lights off on the drive thru menu or something .stop waisting people's

Workers will give you whatever they want instead of what you order!Hispanic dude and blonde woman working tonight with the worst attitude. I started ordering with the woman then she switched me to the guy. I had to repeat my order three times for them to get it.... WRONG!I ordered a platter with bacon BUT THEY GAVE ME SAUSAGE. I ordered a munchie box with curly fries and they GAVE ME HALFSIES. I noticed the drink was a medium and I asked the woman if the meal came with a large drink. Then she corrected the drink size. Last time I come to this location I swear!
