I think they are putting poison or parasites in people food I recently went up there and bought 6 tacos and now it feels as if something wiggling under my skin and they were acting suspicious about them before they handed them to me. Plz send someone to rework the staff or fix the problem.
I'm pretty surprised at the other reviews, this is one of the best Jack locations I've been to in either SD or LA! I have been coming late night every so often for a few years and, besides a few times where they were unexpectedly closed, they've not disappointed. Now, I don't really expect fast food workers to be joyful at 1AM on a Tuesday, but the employees are usually cordial and ALWAYS ask about sauce, which makes me happy as someone with drive thru anxiety. Waited in drive thru 5 minutes saying hello and the gentleman answered hold on. Excuse me rude!!! Took my order asked for everything fresh. Kid at the window did apologize for the wait. I kindly asked what the hold up was, inside looked empty, parking lot had 1 maybe 2 cars. Just closed the drive thriu window on me. Handed me my food, cold as he'll. If there was another Jack closer to my work, would go there instead!!!
