Sometimes you need a slice of NY Pizza...separate from dinner, or any other meal...whatever time it may be...it has to be a slice of legitimate NYC style pizza. I LOVE JOE'S PIZZA!!! This place is a STAPLE in DTLA! They are ALWAYS open late, so hunger NEVER wins! I've never actually ate here but it's on my list next time I'm in the area. My wife who doesn't even care much for pizza said it's the best pizza she's ever had. She says 5+++ stars. Places I've said are the best 5 star pizza she says doesn't hold a candle to the pizza here. So yes someday I will get it and see! She had the peperoni with meatballs, peperoni and canadian bacon and mushrooms.
