Shin Gangseo Myunok serves good quality Korean cold noodles, called Naengmyun, even though it's located in a food court.
The noodles in the Mul Naengmyun don't have a high buckwheat content, but they are thin and have a nice, chewy texture.
The broth is on the lighter side but refreshing and enjoyable. Extra broth is typically only provided with the Bibim Naengmyun, but you can get it upon request.

I asked for an extra small water cup and a spoon to share the noodles, but the server told only one water cup was provided and that there's no reason to provide a spoon.
I felt very awkward, but told her sorry for the request.
Don't forget!!! Keep in mind!!!
Never ask for an extra water cup and a spoon for the cold noodles and Galbi combo.
Ask for Jinsuseongchan at the restaurant next door.
