Kang Seo Myun Oak Reviews
If you want plastic togo bowls for in-person dining, this is the place to go. The fat lady who was helping with orders has a massive attitude. She said to grab it when normally people would say that the food is ready. I don't care if this place is cheap or not but having an attitude as a cashier does not make sense. The broth is on the sweeter side and you get two dry slices of meat that you can't even chew on well.
Don't know why this place is so underrated. I got combo which has naeng myeon and kalbi. With tax it was 22$ it also had warm broth, and side salad. Everything was tasty and customer service was great as well!

Korean galleria plastic takeout cafeteria kinda vibe sort of place. Don't think this is anything fancy! But it's worth the value priced. As for service, ladies can be a bit rude but for around $20 a whole container of cold noodles, short rib, salad with a soup? That's amazing for LA prices. The quality was alright nothing magnificent. The cold noodles were annoying to eat because they balled up but wasn't so bad
