Ok so this is the most amazing and unassuming little place I've found in years!! All of the exclamation points!!!! Located on the lobby level of a medical building (I think), this small coffee shop offers some classic coffee shop drinks (lattes, americanos, London fog, etc) but they also have some special drinks- like a hojicha latte or a black sesame latte! I love black sesame (as we all should) with a fierce passion so I absolutely had to try it! I even got it with regular cows...read full review
Crystal & Sarah (not sure of the spelling!) are so great! I have actually re-planned my doctor visits around the hours of this place. Furikake on a bagel?!? Yes, please!!! I highly recommend stopping by here, and note that they make everything to order, so it takes a little while.

High quality Robusta. Not Arabica, Robusta coffee. The kind you'd get in Vietnam. It's probably the best Robusta I've had in LA.It's a light medium roast with all the pungency that Robusta offers. If you ever wanted to try an authentic artisanal Robusta roast without going to Southeast Asia, give it a go.
