I loooooove Krapow. I find the crispy chicken bowl exceptional. Usually I would get it for dinner. However, last weekend I was ordering for lunch and had a chaotic time, knocking them down to 4 stars. I put in my order at 11:20a. They open at 12p and the pick-up time i was given was 12:20p. I received an automated note at 11:21a that my order was being processed. It said I would be notified when my order was ready for pick-up. My friend decided to pick up instead of me.
