Dropped in during the afternoon and found a good place to unwind. I ordered a coffee, found a comfortable seat, and just enjoyed the atmosphere for a while. The staff were welcoming and everything was handled quickly. Definitely a pleasant little stop.
Very good coffee
I’ve been back to Kumquat DTLA quite a few times now, and the cortado has been consistently great every visit. The texture is always smooth, the milk and espresso are nicely integrated, and the drink has a good balanced body from beginning to end. It’s gotten to the point where I can come in and feel pretty confident I’m going to get a well-made cortado.
