Pizza Loca offers amazing food, especially the Pepperoni pizza and wings. The service is good, and the staff is friendly. The downside is the small space, but they recommend take out. The prices are cheap, and they accept EBT. The "cheesy bread" is basically a cheese pizza, but the Mexican style pizza is enjoyable. It's not gourmet, but it's worth a try for a satisfying meal.
