It is the employers job to keep their employees happy, and healthy. It is not the general public’s job to pay for it when you add a transaction fee on all your orders because you don’t want to provide better wages, or health insurance for your employees. You guys are entitled, and outrageous!

I had some time to kill before a Pilates class across the street and ordered a decaf cappuccino and butter croissant, dine in. The price was 13 dollars including tip which is a little steep but for the location, to be expected. My croissant was perfection. Flaky and golden on the outside and a nice chew on the inside. My cappuccino took a while and arrived rather cold. I enjoyed the service and music selection (music also wasn’t too loud) but the banquette seating was literally falling apart. For such a posh establishment with the prices to match, my seat shouldn’t be coming apart beneath me.

I can now say with certainty that this is the best coffee shop in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is the main selling point here. The coffee and food are remarkable too, but this is the coffee shop you come to spend a couple hours at.

Great spot with a wide variety of breakfast and brunch options. Casual atmosphere however finding a parking spot could be challenging. Always packed on the weekend however the line moves quickly.

Parking: They have a small free parking lot in the back but it's usually full. Street parking is available on Silverlake Blvd but it can also get packed.

They have changed their menu but they have not updated their online website. if you rely on the menu you see on google, you will be surprised to see a different menu when you get there. They don’t do burger anymore by the way!!

Decent neighborhood spot but can be a little pricey

The coffee is normal, nothing good or bad to say about it. But discovered that they automatically charge a 5% "employee surcharge" on whatever you order, whether you sit in or take your order to go. Then they have the system that asks you for a tip when you pay, and then they have a physical tip jar right next to that as well. While they're at it why don't they just charge a cup fee, ice fee, straw fee, sleeve fee, napkin fee, and what the hell a water fee as well? Just simply raise your menu prices 5% instead of making up BS reasons.

Great coffee shop, but if you're in the mood for a full meal they provide some solid options. Try the chicken Caesar salad - fresh & delicious! PS - there's a parking lot in the back
