I can now say with certainty that this is the best coffee shop in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is the main selling point here. The coffee and food are remarkable too, but this is the coffee shop you come to spend a couple hours at.
Great spot with a wide variety of breakfast and brunch options. Casual atmosphere however finding a parking spot could be challenging. Always packed on the weekend however the line moves quickly.

I had some time to kill before a Pilates class across the street and ordered a decaf cappuccino and butter croissant, dine in. The price was 13 dollars including tip which is a little steep but for the location, to be expected. My croissant was perfection. Flaky and golden on the outside and a nice chew on the inside.
