I ordered Love Hour through Postmates and paid about $30 in delivery, service fees, and tip because the restaurant is not close to me. The order included multiple items, but one of the burgers was missing.
Postmates did not provide an option to report the missing item or request a refund, and there is no phone number or direct way to contact the restaurant (I did send a message via Instagram but am not optimistic about a response). As a result, the only way to address the issue would be to go to the location in person, which defeats the purpose of paying extra for delivery. They also close in 5 minutes and won’t be open again until 5pm on Wednesday (3 days from now).
The items that arrived were correctly prepared, but the missing burger and the lack of support options created a significant inconvenience. Hoping that someone from the team will reach out to resolve this.

Been double charged at the bar 3 times now. 1st time maybe a mistake. Last night I bought a round of drinks then my wife did. Now we have 4 charges on our 2 seperate cards which we’ll dispute. Only pay cash here. Burger is great tho.

Love Hour, total LA gem. Some of the best smash burgers you can get in town. Delicious in house love sauce and pickles. Perfect smash with that crust and soft potato bread. Ive only come here for drinks so I have not tried any of their food. The mixed drinks are top notch and the bartender definitely knows what he is doing! Every time I've come here I feel welcome and I enjoy my drink in a safe place! I recommend this bar if you are looking for a bar with great atmosphere and amazing drinks!

Good tasting burger with a nice presentation and a unique sauce, a little on the expensive side. About a 1/4 lbs of beef total in the double by my estimate - so it’s not a whole lot of food. The outside seating area however is pretty unattractive - dirty and uncomfortable.

After years of wanting to try this place i finally did. Let’s just say it’s ok. The smash burger craze is kinda over but we were disappointed with how dry the meat was on the burger, same with the chicken sandwich - super dry.
Nuggets and fries were good but nothing to go tell your friends about.
Overall 6.8 / 10 - most likely won’t come but the staff was incredible and super friendly.
