I've been going here for about a decade. It's a nice spot to chill. Friendly customer service. It's clean. Not modern looking, but still nice enough to eat and enjoy donuts with coffee. My only complaint is that they don't accept card and only cash.
I went here a lot during Junior high in my second year. Most mornings I would go to Magee's to buy a donut and a smoothie. When you enter you will feel like if you were in a nice little cafe - minis all the modern furniture now in day- just around the corner.

the sausage egg and cheese is insane! I think about it all the time. I'm from nyc and it's the closest thing to home that I've had out here. Perfect egg and cheese ratio, and I think it's kielbasa? But it's fire. Get it.
