Our community hospital has amazing workers dedicated doctors and staff nurses in every position this hospital been under scrutiny so long this is a hospital that take care of business please let them do their jobs and take care of their community leave MLK hospital alone please they have amazing doctors nurses physicians therapist and get crazy sometimes but it's okay that's what they're there for to help the community
Please be aware of the financial department. I went in because i sprained my ankle. I specifically told the nurse i have no medical and i DONT WANT TO APPLY FOR MEDI-CAL because i dont qualify due to my immigration status. I know there is emergency medical programs that cover for a visit. The spoke to the financial person she had green eyes and had black hair she started to ask me questions she told me she will be back she was gone for about 40 minutes. I remember coming into Martin Luther King Jr. Community Hospital through the Emergency Room when I had a medical issue that needed attention. What could have been a stressful and frightening experience turned into an exceptionally wonderful experience because of the people who cared for me.
