I love McDonald's sausage mcmuffin, but I can't stand the crunch of egg shells . It's not all the time, but often enough that it really annoys. There has to be a better way so that we don't crunch on egg shells all the time.

Literally came in to pick up my order and use the restroom during work . I was told that I couldn’t interrupt a party that they shut the ENTIRE restaurant down for . Had customers eating outside because no one was allowed inside due to said party . I asked for corporates number and then was told I could use the restroom but I had to exit & walk on the OUTSIDE , AROUND the McDonalds to enter again through the door nearest to the restroom . Upon entry Mary Cruze immediately stopped mopping the floor to help me. She directed me to the kiosk and when the payment didn't work, she didn't hesitate and took payment at the counter.
None of this "try it again" she gave me personal customer service, which I appreciate.
