It say open until 3am but they stop working around 11:30 am all the workers are in the back, nobody at the drive thru they cancel my order that I make thru uber eat after I went there telling to the Uber that someone else pick up my order and I have to cancel after all. Poor customer service.
So I was at this drive-through for my lunch and wanted a quick service Mercedes one of your representatives. She helped me a lot. Also, she was kind to me. We don’t see this normally anywhere in drive-through and my experience for that drive-through for that particular moment was really nice. I ordered the Food. The food was on time. She took care of my preferences on the food. Thank you, Taco Bell and thank you Mercedes.
